Privacy

PropDock stores the agency name, your name, email, phone, an estimate of how many agents you have, and the province and city you enter at signup. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and are not stored in the app database.

Contact names and phone numbers stay inside the agency. Platform support can open a time-limited read-only view only after a super admin records a reason. That access is shown to the agency admin in settings.

This is a draft privacy notice so the signup form has somewhere to link. It is not the final policy.
